Kristina Kell is a seasoned CA attorney with over 15 years of experience in Family Law and Divorce, serving Los Angeles and Ventura County. After years as a litigator, she transitioned into mediation, now leading Modern Divorce Mediation, LLC as a certified mediator.

Her practice is dedicated to helping couples achieve amicable divorces, avoiding the financial and emotional toll of contentious litigation. Modern Divorce Mediation offers services across Los Angeles, Ventura County, and nearby regions.

Ms. Kell has a long and prestigious record of guiding clients through the often emotional and complex landscape of divorce, child custody, support, and other family law matters. As a Los Angeles native, she has extensive knowledge of the local legal system in Southern California and is licensed to practice in all California state courts. An active member of the California State Bar, Ms. Kell is also involved with several legal organizations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Ventura Bar Association.

Ms. Kell attended both UCLA and USC.  After receiving her bachelor’s degree with high honors from USC in Southern California, she earned her Juris Doctorate.

Ms. Kell received mediation certification from the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Mediation Training, and continues to provide remote divorce mediation, a modern alternative that allows couples to navigate their divorce from the comfort of their own spaces, streamlining the divorce process using video conferencing and web-based services, saving time, money and reducing stress.
