  • You share complex assets/debts and may need guidance with equalization and dividing real property, a business, investments accounts, or separate property may be in dispute 
  • Child custody may be at issue and you need a child custody parenting plan
  • Spousal support may be at issue

  • Up to 8 hours of mediation to facilitate agreements on the terms of your divorce
  • Expert guidance from a California Family Law Attorney throughout the mediation process
  • Assistance with very complex asset division and financial matters, including assistance with community and separate business valuations, real property valuation and division of property
